Changes made to Timer Engine for the Content Creation Update

Fixed an issue where players in Freeze Timer for challenges would move slowly.

Policies dictate whether a player can do certain things, such as Noclipping, Time savings and more. This new feature is utilised by the new "Modes" system

Moved the speedcap maximum value to a ConVar for better configuration

Minimal HUD mode
Available in the !options menu. When enabled a small transparant HUD is shown with basic information; Time, Speed & Current Stage. All other HUD elements such as keys are hidden in this mode.

This is a rewrite of how things were done before, there are two course types currently: Normal & Bonus

Modes change certain policies such as Cheats, Time saving and zone speed caps, there are two modes implement: Normal & Practice

SSJ (Speed of Sixth Jump) - BETA
Currently hidden behind the ConVar timer_beta_featues 1. You can customise how SSJ is shown (UI/Chat/Console) and how often (6th Jump Only / Every 6th Jump / Every Jump) and you can customise what information is shown

It can be frustrating to type !rknife every time you respawn. In the !options menu is now an option to disable weapons until you change the setting back.

Added SHIFT and ALT keys to the style whitelist
These keys do nothing in Timer Engine, so there is no point in resetting when those keys are pressed.
