Introduction
In Lambda, we support three styles for Stickers. These are:
- Standard Glossy Stickers
- Embossed foil or metal leaf stickers
- Gold stickers
Some styles require only one texture, and stickers tend to look best with crisp, clear lines and colours.
Note: Do not include any scratches or grime in the sticker texture. Wear effects are added automatically.
Glossy Stickers
This style requires only one texture with an alpha channel.
The alpha channel determines which parts of the sticker should wear first. You can find more information about wears here: https://lambda.tf/docs/3-content-creation/article/22-wear-scraping
Embossed Foil Stickers
Embossed Foil stickers simulate directly adhered metal leaf.
In addition to a diffuse map, they also require a Normal Map to achieve an embossed effect.
Embossed foil stickers tend to look best with high phong boost to mimic metallic surface.

Gold Stickers
Gold stickers work the same as Embossed Foil, but the colour range for the sticker is restricted to gold-like colours.
In addition to a diffuse map, they also require a Normal Map to achieve an embossed gold effect.
