Notifications System

The Lambda Website now has a notification system where you can get notified through 3 (currently) channels for different actions on the website.

The current available notification channels are:

• Email
• Web
• Discord

Users can configure whether certain notification types are sent or not.

Notifications cover most of the website, but more notification types will be added in the future.
