#GMOD-20: Failing terminal transaction deletes terminal from inventory

when failing a transaction for a skin on the terminal (only found this for dead hand, not sure about genesis) the terminal locks up preventing any selections, upon closing this terminal, the terminal gets deleted from the inventory

Accepting offer without the funds to do so Resulting error stating insufficient funds (this locks up the ability to interact with anything but the close button) Inventory after with deleted terminal
