• Virtual items are cosmetic only and hold no real-world monetary value.
• You receive a licence to use virtual items, not ownership of digital goods.
• Marketplace listings may involve virtual currency or real currency (via Stripe).
• Virtual items are non-refundable once delivered.
• We may revoke items if they were obtained through fraud, exploitation, or rule violations.
• We are not responsible for the loss of virtual items due to user error or technical issues outside our control.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• We do not store card details.
• Digital goods, subscriptions, and virtual items are non-refundable once delivered.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.
• Some services may involve recurring payments; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past ones.

8. Content You Submit

You retain copyright to content you create, but by uploading it you grant us a licence to:

• Host and display it on our website and servers
• Process and distribute it as required for gameplay or community use

You must ensure your submissions do not infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for any content you upload to Lambda Networks.

• We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services such as Cloudflare, Bunny.net, Stripe, Steam, or OVH.
