We take a fair approach to bans and punishments, and we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. If you feel like your ban was not justified, you can submit an appeal.

How to appeal a ban

If you wish to appeal your ban because you feel that the ban was wrongfully placed or unjust, you can appeal by clicking the button below.

You will see a list of bans which have been applied to you. Select which ban you wish to appeal, you will then need to fill in a form about why you are appealing your ban and why we should unban you.

What happens after I appeal?

Once your appeal has been submitted, members of the management team will review your appeal and assign it to the approriate staff member to provide evidence and context to the ban.

After this has been completed, the management team will review the evidence and make a decision on whether the ban should be lifted or remain in place.

If your appeal is accepted

In the event that you ban appeal is accepted, your ban will be lifted within 24 hours.

If this is not the case, please get in touch in Discord and message one of the management team.

If your appeal is declined

In the event your ban appeal is declined, your ban will not be lifted and will remain in place. Please review the comments in the ban appeal as to why this is the case.

We take a fair and balanced approaches to all ban appeals and the management team looks at all sides to a ban before coming to a conclusion.

Once your appeal has been declined you cannot re-submit an appeal for the same ban, in the event of an appeal failure, this decision is final.
