Today we're releasing the beta version of our new Content Creation tooling: Content Authoring Tools

This release is Beta 1 (version 0.5.0)

🧰 Available Tools

Three tools are available as part of this beta release:

  • Lambda Citadel - Package up your content creation project in to a compiled file and upload directly to the Workshop. Current available project types:
    • Weapon Paint Kit
    • Gloves Paint Kit
    • Music Kits

Other project types will be available in future beta releases

  • Hammer++ - Install Hammer++ directly in to your Garry's Mod Installation and install our FGD files to create maps for Lambda Gamemodes
  • Place Forge: Install a copy of Lambda Place Forge, a Garry's Mod gamemode to mark your map's navigation mesh with place names.
⚙️ Future Tools
  • Workbench - Create and test weapon paint kits in-game
  • Composer - Create and test music kits in-game
  • Printworks - Create stickers in-game

All of these tools will integrate directly with Lambda Citadel with the ability to export your in-game projects directly to Citadel
