Composer: Added Music Kit Preview Renderer

This allows you to generate a video music kit preview directly from Composer. Simply import your artwork and sounds, then simply click "Render" and then "Render Preview Video"

Composer: When importing sound files that contain more than 1 variant, the variant settings will update automatically

If you import roundmvpanthem_01.mp3 and roundmvpanthem_02.mp3, then MVP anthem will be automatically set to 2 variants.

Composer: Invalid sound lengths are now included in exports and in-game testing

Citadel handles failures and prevents compiling, so there's no point to exclude from testing and exports as it allows for quick testing and iteration. Invalid sound lengths errors are now just visual.

Hammer++: Added Cartographer

Cartographer is a tool to generate radars automatically. Cartography pulls a list of your recently opened maps in Hammer++ and allows you to generate a radar image. Documentation will be released soon on creating maps for different gamemodes.
