Lambda Content Authoring Tools provides a tool called Printworks that allows you to import your sticker artwork and test it. We plan to allow exporting to game so that you can test under in-game lighting, however this is on the backlog. Printworks tries to accurately replicate Source lighting, and stickers generally look 1:1 with how they will appear in-game.
